This policy explains what personal information Growpha collects through growpha.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Growpha is a Dubai-based SEO and digital growth consultancy run by Fadil İleri.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site, or by messaging us directly.
- Audit request form: your name, email address, website URL, company name (optional), WhatsApp or phone number (optional) and the message you write.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- WhatsApp or email: anything you send us, including your phone number.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. Some logos on our service pages are loaded from an external image service (cdn.simpleicons.org), which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and to carry out the work you ask for, including delivering an SEO audit.
- To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep a record of our correspondence and our business records.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we are allowed to use it
We use your details because you asked us to contact you or to provide a service, because you agreed to receive our newsletter, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the business. We handle personal data in line with the UAE's personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: Netlify, which hosts the website and processes form submissions, and the email service we use to receive form notifications and reply to you. These providers may process data outside the UAE. We will disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to maintain our business records. We delete them on request unless we are required to keep them by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for a purpose you object to, or withdraw consent you gave us.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are handled by our hosting provider. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment card details through the forms. Audit access is always read-only.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
